Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days from our Sydney HQ.
During busier seasons such as sales and Christmas, courier pickups can take a little longer to process, which means tracking may update more slowly than usual. Thank you for your understanding during these periods — we’re always here if you need anything.
Delivery Timeframes
Once collected by the carrier, most Australian orders arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on your location and the service used (Australia Post, or other courier partners).
Please note that during peak times, tracking updates may be delayed while parcels move through carrier networks. This is completely normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.
Peak-Season Courier Delays
All carriers experience higher volumes during sales and holiday periods. Because of this, courier pickups and first scans can take longer than usual, even after your order has been packed and lodged.
Rest assured — your parcel is still on its way, and our team monitors all shipments closely until they’re delivered.
